Soul Sensation	Emma Harris, Harrow February 2013 I had the scrub, hot towels and full body massage treatment. The therapist was very calming and created a wonderful atmosphere which was instantly relaxing. The treatment was an amazing experience and i will definitely return for another one. I'm sure this will have to become a regular ritual. The facilities are lovely and I would warmly recommend you give Mi-Spa a try!

Waxing	Hazeena Azeez, Oct 2012 Emma was very attentive, gentle and thorough in her client waxing treatment. Those characteristics are essential especially when doing treatments like waxing which require accuracy. I was very happy with the bikini, eyebrow and underarm treatments. I like the ambiance and great customer service at Mi Spa - it's very welcoming and down to earth - comfortable not pretentious, which I feel is important when working with the body.

The re-assurances and encouragement given by you and your team gave me the push I needed. I know the Environ programme isn't a miracle cure, and I do still have redness, but have seen an improvement in my skin: with less pain, and fainter flare-ups. The other positives have been in confidence in going out, even without make-up on, and just feeling better about how I look. The actual facials are an absolute pleasure: with you always being sure I'm comfortable with everything you do, and being so gentle when needed.
