Terms & conditions that apply when transacting business with and visiting Mi Spa.

Courses of Treatments

  1. Courses allow a client to prepay for number of treatments normally in return for an offer of some sort.  It also protects the client against price rises that may occur during the life of the course.
  2. Course treatments must all be taken within 6 months of the purchase date of each course.  If a course has a longer or shorter duration, Mi Spa will communicate the actual duration at the point of sale.  Mi Spa reserve the right to cancel any remaining treatments after the expiry date with no refund of monies due to the client.
  3. If special circumstances arise that prevent completion of a course of treatments by the original course expiry date, please contact Mi Spa as soon as possible and before the end date to request an extension.  
  4. Course treatments are non-transferable and course payments are non-refundable.
  5. Missed appointments may result in a course session being deducted from the treatment course.
  6. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may result in the loss of a course session.
  7. Successive re-booking of a course treatment (treatment date and time changed three times or more) may result in the loss of that course session.

Appointment Bookings

  1. Please aim to arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure that your treatments can commence on time.  New clients will need to complete medical forms prior to treatment.
  2. Changes to and / or cancellations to individual appointments require 24 hours notice to be given, package updates require 72 hours notice, otherwise a charge equal to 50% of the treatment fees may be levied.
  3. Missed appointments will be charged at full price.
  4. Bookings costing £25 or more may require a payment of a 50% deposit.

Gift Vouchers

  1. Gift vouchers are valid for up to 3 months from the purchase date and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. Gift vouchers can be used towards treatments and / or products.
  3. When booking please mention that you wish to use a gift voucher for the treatment.

Discount Offers & Money Off Vouchers

  1. These can only be used against full priced, single treatments and cannot be combined with other offers
  2. Only one voucher can be used per visit.
  3. New client web site sign up £10 discount vouchers are valid for 1 month, can only be used on a client's first visit to Mi Spa, it is non-transferable and can only be redeemed against a single treatment of £30 or more.
  4. To qualify for Little Monkeys discount you must have a child at the facility or be attending with a friend who has a child there.
  5. When booking please mention that you wish to use a discount / money off voucher for the treatment.  The voucher must be handed in to reception on arrival to Mi Spa.

CACI Slinfold Golf Club Brochure Ad - Half Price Treatments

  1. This is a very popular offer and is subject to availability. 
  2. Please book early and don't be too disappointed if we cannot fit you in. 
  3. All Half Price treatments are only available mid-week and must be paid for in advance to secure the booking and the discount. 
  4. You will need to present a valid Mi Spa CACI Half Price Offer voucher on arrival at Mi Spa to receive your discount. 
  5. You must be booking your first Mi Spa CACI treatment to receive the discount.
  6. This offer cannot be used with any other Mi Spa offer and can be withdrawn at anytime by Mi Spa.

Treatcard Scheme
  1. Mi Spa offer clients complimentary treatments from time to time as a thank you for making regular purchases of treatments and products.  The type of treatment offered and the date and time that the treatment is offered is decided by Mi Spa.  In order to qualify for the complimentary treatment, another treatment, with a minimum value of £25, must be booked and paid for that will be taken in the same visit as the complimentary treatment.
  2. The offer of complimentary treatments may be withdrawn at anytime for a single client or maybe withdrawn for all clients at Mi Spa's discretion.  If Mi Spa decide to exercise the option, no compensation will be paid to any client.
  3. To qualify for complimentary treatments a client must be listed on the Mi Spa communications database.  They must also agree to receive communications from time to time via text and via email.  Requests to withdraw this agreement will result in no further treats being offered
  4. Clients who do not visit Mi Spa for a continuous period of 6 months will no longer be considered as candidates to receive these treatments. 

Refunds & Exchanges

  1. We will only accept for exchange or refund, products that are returned unused, unopened with their security seal intact and in the self same condition that they were purchased from Mi Spa. Sale items are non-refundable.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Use of Technology (mobile phones, smart phones / tablets)

  1. For the comfort and relaxation of other Mi Spa customers, please restrain from using these wherever possible.  Please set each device to 'Silent Mode' whilst in Mi Spa.

Training Course and Kit Purchases

Buying a place on a Mi Spa Training Academy course means that you have agreed to the following terms and conditions:


  1. Dress Code: Suitable uniform to be worn during the practical training day(s)
  2. Client Cancellations: these are allowed up to 10 days prior to the course start date (the client can choose to receive a full refund of fees or transfer onto a future course). Cancellations made in under 10 days will not receive any refund and no transfers will be allowed. Mi Spa may offer you the option to send another client to take the training place provided that he or she meets the course eligibility criteria.  
  3. Kit purchases: these are final and will only be accepted for refund if the supplier is able to accept a return.  Any refund due will have any postage and packing costs incurred in returning the kit to the supplier deducted.
  4. Mi Spa CancellationsMi Spa reserve the right to cancel a course date within 7 days of the course start date. You will be offered a future course place or a full refund. Mi Spa will not be liable for any other costs associated with the cancellation (e.g. travel expenses, loss of income or any other costs incurred.
  5. InsuranceClients must take full responsibility for ensuring in advance that you can obtain suitable public liability and business insurance and council permission to perform the treatments that you are being trained in.
  6. Age EligibilityCourses are open to everyone over the age of 18.
  7. Models: Arrangements must be made to have a model available to allow you to perform the practical treatments.  Depending upon the nature of the course and the number of students attending, the need for a model may be waived.  Some courses will require clients to have treatments performed upon them.
