Get to Know Us
Sheryl has over 9 years experience as a beauty therapist and specialises in our advanced treatments such as Environ, IPL and Caci.
Becky has over 5 years experience as a beauty therapist and over 2 years experience as a skincare specialist. Becky’s favourite treatments to give are facials, massage and nails.
Visiting the Salon & Term's & Conditions
Appointments only (No walk-ins)
We are a small business and do not have a receptionist so please schedule all visits to the salon (including for products/vouchers)

Attending an appointment
We recommend aiming to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment is due to start. When you arrive, please wait outside and your therapist will collect you when they are ready.
Please ensure you have filled out all the consultation forms required as soon as you receive them. These are usually emailed a few days before the appointment (be sure to check your junk mail too).
Please inform us if you do not receive your form or if you have any problems.
We have limited spaces so please allow extra time in case these aren't available. Only park in the spaces signposted 'Mi Spa Customer Parking'.
If there are no spaces available, the closest car park is Pavilions which is the next turning as you exit our car park.
We will do what we can to accommodate you if you are running late for your appointment, however it may result in the treatment time being reduced (in this case the full service amount will still be charged) or cancelled (in this case our cancellation policy applies).
We require a minimum of 48 hours for cancellations or to reschedule, however we please ask to give as much notice as possible to allow other people to book in.
All cancellation/rescheduling within less than 48 hours will be charged at 50% of the total services booked.
Changes to appointments
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice before your appointment for any changes to be made, including which services you've booked for, and where possible we will try to accommodate them.
Some treatments require a patch test before attending for the service, this includes tinting (minimum 48 hours before the treatment) and IPL (minimum 1 week before the treatment).
Patch tests are valid for 3-6 months after, depending on the service.
For all clients who are under 16, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the duration of your visit. Please enquire if you or someone you are booking for is under 16 to check suitability for treatments.
